Well well, who could this possibly be? This lady obviously has eclectic taste judging by the bag and what do you know - she *has* been dubbed the “ultimate fashion chameleon” many, many times in the past. So it seems fitting then, to step outside the box and go for the Louis Vuitton Monogram Pulp with its crazy print and colours.
So if that’s not a complete giveaway and you’re still feeling stuck, just scroll down to find out who it is…

Oh you know it’s Ms Madge herself! Yep, Madonna was out and about in New York last week (most likely in between gym sessions) and accessorised her black trackies with a pop of vibrant colour thanks to this tote.

This week’s winner on babes with bags is once again Ashlee Simpson.
After releasing her Third album Bittersweet World(which was released in April 2008) and Getting married with Pete Wentz (in a intimate ceremony at her parents house) Ashlee still holds her title as the Louis Vuitton Queen.
We did not get a glimpse at her wedding dress but what we are seeing delights us, as she is wearring her lovely new Louis Vuitton ManCrazy Joke bag ,estimated at a lovely $2,710.
Inspired by Prince’s “Jokes” series, the Mancrazy bag ,as well as the collection from which it comes from, presents faded leather and embossed text over the standard LV monogram offering the wearer a soft hippye look.

We wish them all the happines in the world in their marriage and may the child be born with a better looking nose than his mother.

Face it, I don’t think there is a girl in the world who does not own or would love to own a Louis Vuitton bag. Even today when I was sitting at a nondescript coffee shop eating lunch with my husband, he leans over and points out a lady at the next table sporting a gorgeous Denim Mahina that he recognized as a Louis Vuitton creation. This is the man who normally has difficulty choosing a color of shirt to buy and insists that the 80’s was the best fashion era ever! Anyway, this stylish mum was sporting an LV Mahina on one arm and a baby on the other - the Mahina is so roomy it makes an excellent diaper and baby bag and she didn’t have to compromise on style for practicality. That is what I mean about Louis Vuitton - for generations they have been creating gorgeous yet workable bag and luggage solutions including briefcases, trolley bags and passport holders that look great and do their job well.
LV are beginning to branch out into bolder and more vivid designs with the introduction of Murakami bright designs and Marc Jacobs into the family. Designs such as the Watercolor Speedy have left keen customers with longer than average waiting times due to their popularity, with Vuitton still enjoying a huge following for creations such as the classical Monogram and Mini Lin Croisette. So which is your LV favorite?

Usually we feature some kind of Bag Queen or Purse Princess for our Babes with Bags feature. But when I saw this pic of a babe with her special bag I just could not go past posting it! Now I think I really have seen everything with this walkers pooch purse. Perhaps there is already a roaring trade out there and women all over the world are sporting it on their morning beach walks and I have been hiding under a stone somewhere and not caught onto the fashion yet! I am sure that someone has already patented the pooch purse and its only a matter a time until a company such as Louis Vuitton adds its monogrammed stamp of approval. They already do a hot line in doggie carriers like the Sac Chien 50 which retails at a cool $2000 - now that’s true puppy love! In the meantime I think I’ll stick with the conventional collar and lead, especially since my best friend Calvin is a cross between a doberman and a rottweiler!

On the heels of fellow Brit Victoria Beckham, Kate Moss has indulged in some serious bag spending of late. With favorites such Mulberry, Chanel and YSL, Kate was the star who firmly put the Balenciaga Motorcycle bag on the fashion forefront, spurning a million wannabe supermodels to rush to stores and purchase.
With her own truly British eclectic style, Kate knows how to mix couture with street fashion and always manages to make that ‘just out of bed’ look truly glamorous. Spurned by fashion houses such as Burberry last year after cocaine fuelled party pictures were revealed, Moss is now back on track with contracts for cult UK cosmetic lines such as Rimmel and high street chain Topshop.
Proving that no outfit is complete without an ‘it’ bag to match, Moss favors muted colors such as black and tan but has been known to make exceptions with a bright Yellow Chanel clutch and pale blue Balenciaga Lariat. Purse spending is no stress for Kate with the model splashing out recently on her own London Black Cab to ferry her around the city along with a rumored $250,000 engagement ring that she paid for herself! At 33 there seems to be no stopping one of the longest working supermodels, with retirement not an option with this much bag buying to do !

Our Babe with the Bag this week is none other than the Vuitton Queen herself, Jessica Simpson. Unlike some of our other bag Princesse’s, Jessica tends to stay true to her brand of choice, Louis Vuitton. She is occasionally seen sporting a Michael Kors or Fendi tote, but more often than enough Jessica prefers a classic monogram canvas Vuitton such as this LV Manhattan GM . Designed by Marc Jacobs, the Manhattan exudes urban-feminine style with the chunky gold hardware, complimenting the classic Monogram canvas that has made Louis Vuitton a household name. Perfect for a girl around town such as Jessica, the bag features functional storage spaces for phone, wallet and accesories. Not just another pretty face, unlike poor Jessica….
Louis Vuitton Monogram Manhattan GM available at www.7starhandbags.com for readers special price of $158
